Default when do you need to tune?

ok so i'm gonna be throwing some parts on the car this spring. i'm putting jet hot long tubes on the car, ORY no cats air pump delete. rear o2 delete. i can get the o2's and air pump tuned out for 50 bucks or less from someone. BUT do i need to tune my car for these new upgrades? will it self adjust or am i in need of a tune because it won't know what to do? i know tuning it will be better but can i get by without it will it self adjust?

yeah thats all i plan on doing for the time being and i don't wanna spend $500 some dollars tuning it because it has full exhaust. when i cam it i will tune it for sure but i don't wanna waste my money if i don't have to. i have a hypertech programmer. its not much at all but that will have to consist of my tune for now lol

your headers should get tuned. your car will lean out on the stock tune.

Um...whoever told you that was lying.

If you plan on modding your car more...cam or nitrous or supercharger or other boltons or whatever. Save your money and tune it after more mods.

If you are done modding your car..go for it.

I've been driving my car for awhile untuned...and it runs just fine...as you can see by the time in my signature.

Some places will give you a basic tune for ~$150, and then when you go in for a real tune, will put some of that towards the dynotune since you already got the HPTuner/EFILive credit.
