Bauer T.B question?
Sorry about all of this guys. Yes we are still here, since it's summer time I have been enjoying the summer, but busy with alot of other things in the shop.
I'm truly sorry about the slow e-mail and phone response.
The phone number is not on the site because I can't get to it all the time, and when I can I would just be on the phone all day and get nothing done. If I'm in the shop I'm working on things were I can't hear or get to the phone. Most times it's so late nobody would expect anyone to answer anyways.
There seems to be difference in experience with me on here, but it's understandable. The number of e-mails I get asking about TB's with a core are so great that I don't get to everyone because we just don't have enough cores to go around. From this I can see that you guys want some faster response to things, so I will work to improve that area so it is much more customer friendly.
On the other hand I would rather focus on the work. Quality of the product is very important to me, and we have had very few problems on any of the TB's. If there was a problem it has always been a short fix. I have seen various other TB's out there and I have to say if you choose to go with someone else, good luck. Most of them I have seen have been rough and unacceptable to me. I am in fact fixing a TB right now for someone from another vendor.
I hope I contacted and helped out everyone in the thread all ready, if not get ahold of me and I will get to you ASAP. (meaning today!)
Again, I'm sorry about the slow response. There is no excuse for it.
