low hp?

low hp? ok i was just looking around at what other people have and i think my hp is low. could somone help me please.
ok i have a 383 stroker ls1
callis crank
callis rods
dimond pistons
ms4 cam
hand filled and ported ls6 heads (? they were not done right when i bought them so i had to send them back out.) i think the heads might be hurting me but the motor builder said they flow tested very good.
FAST 90 intake
NW 90 tb
FAST fuel rails
42 lbs inj (i think i would need to find the recipt they are green it that helps)
racetronix fuel system
kooks headers
I AM PUTTING DOWN 413.8@ 6169 rpm / 108.1 mph
442.2 Max power with WFC
410.3@ 4082 rpm/ 72.0 mph
439.3 max torque.
on a mustang dyno.
