Question NGK tr 5???

Ok I know that this has been beat to death but I am a new 2000 t/a owner. I am trying to get my car on the right track with a tune up. New plugs wires, sea foam all the way around, diff fluid change, trans fluid change, detail from the detail shop ect. Anyways the car is 100% stock, even has a fram air filter in it still.
So my question is, today I went to "advanced crap o parts" and asked for NGK tr 55, after I got home I noticed that the salesman gave me TR 5. I went on NGK web site and the TR 5 fits My application but with a .40 gap. I have seen that every one runs .55 or .59 with some running .60 on tr 55. Should I drive all the way back and get a TR 55? or am I ok with the TR 5 at the .40 gap? I am not planning on doing anything other than a cat back exhaust down the road and of course geting rid of that fram air filter. thanks

They are not the end of the world, I ran TR5's for a while. If you can, swap them for the TR55's but if not gap them at .45 and run them. My $.02.
