Default headers/ exhaust question inside.

ok so i bought this set of used headers and needed a y pipe. so now i'm looking for a y pipe but dunno what i really need. i know i need something for a 3'' slip flange collector but what about the outlet pipe? i have a magnaflow catback that is bolted up to my stock exhaust i dunno what size the stock y pipe outlet is can anyone help me? some y pipes are 3 inch some are 2.75??? thanks

Local exhaust shop can make you a y-pipe and step down to your catback.

you can also pick up a y pipe from a sponsor and alter it a tad

The Texas Speed Y-pipe just slips together so you could put it on at home. As far as connecting your catback to it, that just depends on what tools you have available and your experience with that.

well i'm fully capable of doing it on my own but i would like to know what size the flange is on a stock catback system. for example i can buy a y pipe with a 3 inch outlet or one with a 2.5 outlet or one with a 2.75 inch outlet and i would like to know what one would be the correct size to bolt up to my cat back...
