Question About New Exhaust Setup....
I drive a 2001 WS6 and have a Borla like setup right now which sounds great but it was made custom. Right now I am running a 40 series muffler but its not giving me a mean aggressive enough sound. A guy told me that he had a similar setup but his had a 3" glasspack which was 22" long int he place where my muffler is. (Same where the borla muffler would be). I dont know to believe him or not cause he said that his Trans Am was a 5-speed stock! I dont really have any idea what this would sound like. I can give you a sound clip know of my exhaust if you would like and tell me from there what it would sound like. Would this sound like crap everytime I shift it? Feedback is appreciated.
Scott
P.S. The Red Hots! Glass Pack Performance Muffler is what I have which is a glass pack pretty much. Thanks AGAIN!

Re: Question About New Exhaust Setup....
No such thing as a 5-spd T/A. Don't trust him!
Word on the street is a glasspack on an LS1 sounds like ***. A bullet muffler on an LS1 is an entirely different story...

Re: Question About New Exhaust Setup....
There are a lot of guys running around with the "dynomouth" exhaust. It would probably sound about the same on your car. Try doing a search for "dynomouth" or "bullet" and you'll probably find some sound clips.
