Does anybody know where you can buy a replacement screw? M4 is a tad big but M3 is too small.

I hate to break it to you, but I did the same thing a while ago and found out that it's a special tapered screw. I was lucky enough that Harris Speed Works is less than 10 miles from my house and had an extra screw laying around that I could have.

Try a couple local shops if you can, or maybe a pick a part and snag one from another car, or if worst case scenario, I have an extra throttle body and I can mail you the screw, but it's going to take a couple days to get to you in WI from PA.

Just drill it out a little and tap it for a bigger screw...then you don't have to worry about some special tapered screw.

I might just go with the larger hole idea. Thanks... You have to love the engineers who decided that a M3.5 is optimal vs. just going with a more readily available M4 screw.

x2. Sometimes common sense doesn't prevail in the engineering world.
