Need help with exhuast.

Need help with exhuast. I'm putting a ORY and hooker catback on my car. On the pipe which leads from the I pipe to the muffler there is a plate welded on and the exhaust came with a piece of metal bent in a ~80 degree angle with two bolts. Where does this attach to under the car? Can anyone post up a picture so I can see what I'm looking for? Thanks.

Here is a picture of the stuff, and the second is how I think it goes. But underneath my car there is nothing that this would go into. I need to get the part but don't know what it looks like haha.
