Knock Sensor Install - Help Please!!!

In my infinite wisdom, I decide to replace my knock sensors on my own. I am not very handy with tools, but I thought it would be a good challenge.

Now I feel like a moron because I was able to get the intake manifold off, but I can't get the damn knock sensor wiring harness off of the knock sensors. I have no clue how to do it.

Can anybody give me a hand?

take a couple flat head screwdrivers and pinch the ends together at the same time, thats how I get them off.

yes I know this is a old thread. But is this the correct way to get the connectors off the knock sensors? I have a 2001 6.0L.

never mind, I just pinched it together with a pliars. duh!
