Default LS2 TB onto my 408, and now Codes, help

I am trying to get this new ls2 TB to work, however, I get reduced power on the display and these codes (haven't started yet, and Vic Jr and elbow),

P1220-TPS Sensor circuit #2, according to HPT (GM manual does not state if it's TPS #1 or #2, but talks about both?)
P1221-fuel pump secondary circuit low, according to HPT (In my GM Z06 book it says it's the same as 1220, IE: one of the sensor circuits)
P1515-Electronic Throttle System Throttle Position, hpt and GM manual same

Trying to figure this out in diagnostics they all are related and send you back and forth in the manual? That 1221 and saying it's fuel pump seems to be a problem with HPT when scanning for DTC? Man, i don't know.

Anyway, seems I remember something similar to this being posted before and figured someone has the answer. Is the adapter cable wired correctly as this seems to have been mentioned before?

Also, I was getting a different batch of codes when the batt was a little more discharged,

p1120-TPS Sensor #1 according to HPT (no number like this in GM manual?)
P1220-TPS Sensor #2 according to HPT (GM manual does not state if it's TPS #1 or #2, but talks about both?)
P1221-Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low, according to HPT (GM manual has same description as code 1120 and non specific as to sensor 1 or 2?)
p1516 Throttle acuator Control and Module Throttle Acuator Position Performance, according to HPT and GM manual

I hope i didn't scare away potenial help here, lol, as it is a little confusing for sure.

Robert if you can have someone turn the key on while you watch the throttle blade, see if there is any movement at all. The rest position for the blade should be about 7-11%. If you coonect your logging software with key on run position it should show this.

If nothing else I have a spare LS2 throttle body that got a botched port job if you want to try it or use it for parts.

Hey Robert,

Knowing your ""Thrifty" aka "Cheap" , did you get a LS2 TB harness adapter or did you make your own ?

A search of LS2 Throttle Body adapter came up with a bunch for about $45-50.

I like to think of it as "Frugal", lol. It came pre made from a guy at the vetteforum. was a full unused package deal, intake, TB, harness, elbow. The guy I got it from is in the thread "want to see test between Vic Jr and Fast intakes" or something like that, by eb02z06. getting some responses in that thread, and mucho trick looking set-ups, check it out. Anyway, through search and one reply, more than one has had issues with the adapter cables, though I don't know where they are coming from or who makes them (China ?)
