belt ?'s

Belt is making an awful noise on my 2000 TransAm. I want to change it out but have a quick ? I have a serpentine belt & a small belt on the back. Are there supposed to be 2 belts? How hard is it to replace both?

The smaller belt is for the A/C. It's not hard to change the belts at all.
