Default Ls6 intake

I am about to buy a ls6 intake from texas speed whats the difference between the intake with the EgR provisions and the regular ls6 intake and I have to buy the coolant pipes and all that stuff for which ever one I order right?

Since you are coming from an LS1 IM if you want to stay emmissions legal you get the one with EGR provision. You wanna clean up your engine bay do the EGR delete mod.

you will have to modify for the coolant pipes on either model. i opt'ed to get all the EGR crap out of there.

I am getting rid of the cats so I wont be emmission legal anyway so I guess the regular Ls6 should be fine then

You can also grind down the ribs on the bottom of the LS6 intake to get it to work without the new coolant tubes
