Cats and A/F...

Cats and A/F... Guys some input on this, on dyno my A/F reads 12.7 from 2500-6500 well it leans up a bit by the upper rpm but still under 13.
The thing is, I run dual cats still. Noted a post on another board that seemed to indicate that Cats will f up the A/F taken at the tailpipe and in reality I'm running 1 point lower than the tailpipe roughly, ie I'm going 11.7...
So am I really 11.7 or am I running 12.7? Car is pulling the numbers in sig but if that's the reality, I could really be pig rich at WOT.
With a change in cam to a TR224 only on the same dyno, I went from 349HP to 381HP and gained went from 359ft/lb to 373ft/lb. This was across the board type gains, not just peak.
