What does this go to?

as seen on the first picture, Ive had them connected together but with them both being on the same harness, not sure if they are suppose to be connected so if anyone knows please let me know.

this is located on the passenger side head.

Since you didn't tell us what year, make, model, etc. for the engine and harness, I am going to guess secondary AIR pump.

looks like egr harness or could be ac. I havent had either in forever so i dont remember. zoom out to be for sure

Alright ill get a zooned out pictrure. Its a flat 3 prong connector, so im guessing they go to something so they both shouldnt be connected. The A?C connector i have is blue/grey, its a 98 SS Engine/Harness etc in a 96 Z.
