Default TSP y-pipe and Spohn torque arm

Ok So I have hooker L/Ts and a TSP y-pipe on my vehicle no cats. Fits nice and haven't had any problems until now. I was installing a frame mounted spohn torque arm w/ front driveshaft loop and frame mount is for L/T so its bent down for clearance of the exhaust. Well after trying to jam the mount in a few times I realized it would not work because of where the exhaust pipe is welded together hits the drive shaft loop. I ordered a hooker y-pipe and it fits no problem so its deff the way the y-pipe is made. Kinda pissed me off but was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I am planning on purchasing the Spohn body mount torque arm as well. thanks for the info. I am going to ise a Flowmaster merge, so I hope it will clear better than the TSP merge.
