Default Vic Jr. saga continues

About a month ago I received my Victor Jr. intake, I noticed right away that the number 8 injector hole had a chip on the o-ring seat. I called Edelbrock and they determined after several days and phone calls that it would cause a leak and that I should send it back (me paying for shipping) and they would warranty it. A Month later I received the new intake (there was a backorder on the intake). The number 7 injector hole has the same chip in it I also studied the intake some more and noticed the whole intake had been shifted during the machining/casting process.
Here are some pictures of what I am talking about.
Passenger side of the intake. Notice the thickness on the bottom of the ports (top of ports in pictures).

Driver side, alot more material there...note the chip in the injector hole.

More differences

Injector hole

So what would you do?? I am going to call them again and see what they say but is this just normal with this intake?? Anyone have any problems like this?? I assume there is more like this out there since I have received 2.

Just got off the phone with them. I somehow have the ONLY 2 incorrect ones that they have heard of

They are sending me a new intake BUT not until the end of JULY

My project has been delayed 3 months for this stupid intake.
