Please help asap, harness plug questions

Please help asap, harness plug questions I have a plug thats been cut from my harness. It's either the MAP sensor plug or the cam position sensor plug.
In the only picture I have both look the same. Is the plug the same? What color wires go to each. If possible what colors go to which pin outs so I can attach the plug.

What year? Might be different. Here's what my helms says:
MAP sensor (tab on top, 3 wires left to right)
A - TAN
B - LT GRN
C - GRY
Cam Pos Sensor (tab on top, 3 wires left to right)
A - BRN/WHT
B - PNK/BLK
C - ORN
Not sure if the plugs are the same, both say "3 Way F Metri-Pack 150 series", but CMP is BLK, MAP is GRY.
