hope your not driving your car with an open hole in your lid!

You take the rubber grommet out of your old lid with some dish soap to lube it up while you yank it out... then put the grommet in the hole of your new lid then install the plug...

do you know where i can get the grommet..... i just bought my car about 2 months ago and it came with the aftermarket lid so i dont have the stock one. good thing i havent been driving it

Nor-tex, how does the Fast toys lid work for you? Did you have any other brand lids to compare it with the Fast toys one?
I had to do some cutting on the stock plastic piece thats right under the back of the lid where the MAF connects to stop hood rub...other than that its good...i didnt have any other lid to compare it to though...
