exhaust problem popping at idle

exhaust problem popping at idle been having problem with my exhaust popping at idle, the car has to be fully warmed up, and it only does it at idle when i'm sitting at a redlight for awhile then pop like a shotgun. its starting to get embarassing now. it has to be sitting for at idle for a few minutes til it does. i have checked for exhaust leaks and vacum leaks with a smoke maching and found no leaks anything else it could be
