Another benefit of poly motor mounts... For those of you with a cam, I haven't gotten a P0300 code since I've installed the poly mounts 
I used to get them after even brief periods of idling, but now with the poly mounts it seems to idle more smoothly and (apparently) this has reduced the P0300 problem. I found it an interesting side effect.
