Super victor pics
Super victor pics Thought I would share as there are not too many of these intakes around yet. This is not a Vic JR, but rather it's mean big brother the Super Victor. It's topped with a NX Shark SX2 Nozzle plate system. On top of that there is a dominator to 4150 adapter. Then there will be a dominator throttle body that is good for 2k cfm.
I have no idea of how this set up is going to work. Could be a waste of time, but we'll see..
It needs a little touch up port work that I will do. Now I'm wondering if I want to top it with a velocity stack or a hilborn scoop that sticks out of the hood on the 63 pickup..

looks like my sleeper 327 with the hugger orange paint. I like it.
If its on a pick up, go with a hilborn scoop since a single velocity stack would look weak (unless you had duel carbs)

Yup, that was my junk in April. I'm hoping it moves a bit harder next time out with both kits working and some other changes. It's been 11.95 NA. Goal is 11.5x on motor and bottom bottom 10's on the unit. There was some 60' left in it as the data logger showed slight tire spin .8 seconds in to the run that carried for about 1.1 second. I think the front suspension needed stiffening. I put the shocks on the stiffest setting and it helped some, but not enough.
I also have an extra 100lbs in the tail gate, a heavy *** exhaust system and some other changes going on to drop weight. Right now it's 3,900lbs with a half tank and me in it. Hoping to have it around 3,500 by the end of the year. But we'll see.
