I'm wanting to get some electric cutouts here soon. I have Lt's and I wanted to know if I should get 2 or just 1. If I get one should I get it put on where the y pipe meets my catback. If I get 2 I guess the only place to put them is where the headers meet the y. Which way would you'll go????

DMH here...very nice piece and easy install. Gotta love the 4 year replacement warranty as well.

I replaced the stock muffler with a Flowtech Warlock muffler that I attached a DMH cutout to on my former '97 Z. It was a good cutout overall. Only thing that went amiss after 3 years of use was the motor became loose, to which I retightened the bolts. And it developed a leak that kinda rattled the valve; it was annoying and I fixed it by retightening the screws on the flap/valve and ran a thin coat of 3M high temp RTV sealant (orange) along the valve seat.
