Stock gaskets. Stock header bolts. No one sells O2 sims anymore... either wait til you get tune or just ignore the light.

Also I recommend getting o2 sensor extensions...you can manually extend the wires...but it's just much easier to buy the extensions..takes 2 seconds to plug them in..good to go.

I've been driving my car for 8 months with the check engine light for no rear o2 sensors, and no AIR. Runs great!

i have heard that the computer adjusts to the changes to run in a differnt and more safer mode because it senses a problem with the car, so u wont get the full power

the stock header bolts get old man, thats not a good idea to reuse them since they stretch overtime from heat and cold

1-7/8" are for big cube motors, and stock 346 aint really big enough for that.

I would get the rear o2's turned off by a tuner instead of spending the money on simulators. then you could get the egr and air turned off too ( if you have egr ) money better spent there.

I almost wish I went with 1 7/8 inch headers for the future when I go bigger cubes. I think you will be fine with them.

Not true. The SES light will not cause your car to go into any type of "safe mode." It will perform like it should. I've checked this with my tuner

Stock header bolts are fine.. I reused my stockers and all kinds of people reuse them. I think they are only supposed to be torqued to 12 ft/lbs so its not like they are handling a hiuge amount of torque. If anyone is stretching their header bolts they are tightening they wayyyyyy too much.

Also after you get the headers in and drive the car a bit recheck he headers bolts a couple times. they tend to loosen up a bit the first few times they are heated and cooled.

That is a lot of money! Good thing I only spent ~$520 on my entire setup For $1100..your car had better run faster than mine! Time in my signature.

No you won't have to drop the K.

I have Kooks 1 7/8" Headers on my car and there is no drooping the K member involved. You will have to the car as high as you can though to tilt the header upright enough to slide the drivers side in. Also may have to undo the motor mounts to move or tilt the engine up into place. I hope you are replacing the stock motor mounts to Poly mounts? you will also will have to undo the steering shaft.

No you won't loose any power overall with 1 7/8" headers but the Power curve will be more towards the higher RPM range so there will be a little less low end torque (3000 rpm and below) which you may notice but it wont be anything drastic.
