Default ORY Question?

Do all ORY come in 3"???

Im thinking of going with either the stainless steel or ceramic coated Hooker LT's. Right now, i have a custom Y pipe for my exhaust system that's at 3". I have shitty ground clearance on the driver side. Tucks up nicely on passenger side though. Kinda want better ground clearance for that driver side.

i believe mac makes a 2.5" but it is for mid tubes. I cant see a 2.5" y pipe hurting power either on a mostly stock motor. Pacesetter also has a 3" that is flattened a little.

I've never seen a ORY for longtubes that was smaller than 3". The Pacesetter Y tucked nice on both my car and a buddy's car. My TSP ORY tucked like **** . I am lowered though. Not sure if the Pacesetter Y will fit Hookers though...

Oh ok, thanks for the info guy's. Ive thought of going with Pacesetter's but the price on the stainless Hookers from SpeedTweekerz is pretty damn good.

Could i just get the guy who did my exhaust, to flatten the driver side piping a bit to help with ground clearance & keep his custom Y on the car and just add the Hooker LT's or Pacesetter's if i do end up going with them???

They do make a smaller Ory but honestly I think it will only hit at like speed bumps and big pot holes.

I literally have zero clearance problems with my Pacesetter LTs and Y pipe going into a borla cat back. But i'm sure you could have him bend the pipe so it'll tuck up a little better if you want to stick with his y pipe.

Is that the Pacesetter Y pipe you have?? Im thinking of just going after the Pacesetter's LT's & Y Pipe instead of the Hooker LT's.

Yeaa, that is true. So far it's only hit on the speed bump that's right there infront of the apartments i live at. If i add wheels, then lower it. Would that basically keep me around the same ground clearance i have now?? Going from stock 16's to 18's??

Yes i have the Pacesetter Off road headers and their Y pipe and the fitment was tucked up damn nice. Also I don't have any problems with the Y pipe hitting the floor board. To me, best choice for the price. Sounds damn nasty in my opinion too.

no when you get bigger wheels, you get skinnier tires so that its the same overall height and your ride height and speedo are affected none, then if you lowered it you would have even more ground clearance issues

Looks like ill be going with Pacesetter LT's & ORY. After seeing the y pipe from LMPerformance. It looks as if its flattened in certain areas. Which is basically what ill need to help with ground clearance. Thanks for the help guys. I originally planned on Pacesetter LT's anyways.
