What pieces will I need to install the Summit underdrive?

What pieces will I need to install the Summit underdrive? I have the GM bolt on the way. What belt setup is everyone running with it? Will I need a puller or installer? A guy at the track yesterday who recently put on an SLP said a standard puller will not work because of no bolt holes. I have access to several different type but don't know what would work.
He also said the crank bolt is 260 ft. lbs. but he in no way could pull it so he just impacted it as tight as he could. I know I don't have a 260 torque wrench so is the good and tight method work with some loctite?
