Roller rockers worth a gain?

Roller rockers worth a gain? Guy at the track the other day said he switched to I believe a 1.8 and gained .2 on a stock cam. Is that possible and where/what brand to get?
If he switched from a stock 1.7 rocker to a 1.8 roller, then it seems possible. IMO, it would be more related to the rocker ratio increase than the roller aspect. Don't get me wrong, the roller will reduce friction & may add to the 0.2, but, the net valve opening created by the increased rocker ratio would be a better reason for the increase. If he re-tuned afterward, I'd say that 0.2 is a good bet.
Changing to a 1.8R obviously changed his valve lift..The stock springs are marginal at best on a stock application. Provided you have made the proper P/V checks, as well as verified your springs will handle it, yes you will pick up power, which in turn equals faster times.. .2?? I'm not to sure about that.
That being said, roller rockers over stock usually always nets more power. Not to mention better stability at high rpm, and much better wip pattern.
