go for stainless... they keep the area cool comparably to coated aluminum headers but will last forever and look much better one year from now (you can even buy them polished).
if your car never sees rain then ceramicoated will work but will still eventually burn/flake off. if you go this route buy them with the coating applied on the inside and outside.
power will be pretty close but the reduction in under hood temps will be advantageous.
