Vacuum Line question

Vacuum Line question Ok so I just recently installed an LS6 intake on my car. Well yesterday I was charging my AC and I heard something that sounded like a vacuum leak. I noticed that the vacuum line that attaches to the passenger side of the intake looked collapsed in on its self. Ok so there is a hole on the bottom of the little rubber gromet piece that hooks up to the intake and then to some sort of valve that in on the passenger side front of the intake. Does anyone know what this system is or if I can buy just that little rubber gromet? Also, is it posssible that the little valve looking thing could be bad and staying shut causing the hose to collapse due to the vacuum of the intake which could have caused the hole?

Ok, I just saw on the installuniversity web site that it is my pcv system. All I need is the gromet that attaches it to the intake. Any idea if parts stores carry it?
Just call around and If they don't, then just get it from a Dealer and a new PCV valve while your at it. The newer generation of the PCV valve are better at controlling oil...
