A/C Blower Part #????????

A/C Blower Part #???????? I didnt know where else to post this thread. I think my a/c blower might be going out since it now makes a whinning noise when you change speeds. It sounds worst when you put it on full blast and the MAX setting. Does anyone have the part # for it, and will the extended warranty cover that, I saw somewhere that the a/c is covered, but dont know if thats included. any suggestions.
