Most of the stuff would just transfer over from your current engine, assuming you're doing a replacement.
If you're doing a swap, you picked a super expensive route...all those little parts will add up to lots of cash.
# 1,3,9,12: coolant vents to allow air pockets to escape from cyl heads
#2: PCV positive crankcase vent, connects to
#4: knock sensor, should be two of these
#5,7,8: more PCV stuff. I believe 5 and 8 are filtered air and connect to each other, and 7 is the positive vent that connects to #2
#6 will use a ~45deg plastic neck that the fill cap attaches to
#10: oil pressure sending unit
#11: cam position sensor
#13: more PCV, this one's part of the circuit that #2 and #7 connect
#14: manifold absolute pressure sensor and big vacuum nipple for your power brake booster
You really, really want to pick up the GM LS1 swap guide, part # 88959384. The part #s may not be 100% accurate for your application, but it's a great starting place to build an understanding of the engine's operations.

Quite a few of them are in that GM manual I listed above.
I recommend getting cozy with a dealer for all the part # lookups you have coming. Or find a junkyard locally and shave off the cost.
You've only hit ~1/3 of the total parts you'll need to get it running thus far...still need throttle cable bracket, PS pump and bracket and bolts, alternator and bracket and bolts, wiring harness, PCM, starter and bolts, ignition coils and brackets and bolts...it's a really big list.
