removing air on 02 SS

removing air on 02 SS ok so i know the sticky about getting it outa and all that, but the vacumm line that needs to be plugged out of the selenoid is what is going to worry me.
1) i dont know really where it is
2) what happens if i dont plug it? i already cut a chunk of the hoses out and have been riding around like that for the better part of 20K miles and have yet to see a problem.... soo ya
any pics would be greatly appreciated!

Remove the whole air assembly. Just unbolt the 4 (or 3, I can't really remember) bolts that hold it up to the front brace and disconnect all electrical connections(2). there should be a large vacuum line running to the side of your intake lid and another running to the solenoid at the rear driver side of the intake manifold (this hose runs over your shock tower). Completely unbolt the solenoid and remove the hoses running to each exhaust manifold. Make sure you have block off plates for the exhaust manifolds before you do any of this.

alrite, i already hava race headers, i have the pump out, i have most of th lines out, the selenoid comes out too? thats the main thing i wasnna know i guess
