Launching Problem

alright, today i put my buddies PCM in my car, has a tune on it, with that PCM my car is extremely fast from a roll, but from a dig its terrible, he is telling me that i need to take my MAF off?? done awsome before, i have a 78mm tb and intake and the SLP zo6 conversion maf, and that car ran awsome from a roll and dig, now its really fast from a roll and dig is horrible, any suggestions

take the PCM out and put my stock one in, change the maf to the stock one, what u guys think

Uhhh, put yours back in and get it tuned PROPERLY. Diff cars will need diff tunes to be perfect. I hope your mods are similar so your not running extremely lean, have too much timing, etc

i think thats what im going to do, i think it is running lean, im putting my stock one back in, i just wanted some opionions man,

A agree.. put the stock one back in and see if it drives better. In Most cases with a different MAF you will need to get a tune along with it to make sure the MAF calibration is dialed.

well i put the stock MAF back into the car today and it runs fine, im sure some of the power is loss by the 110 degree weather we have been having, its like 93 at night haha
