Default Macs on a 2000?

Putting Mac headers on a 2000 and want to have the egr still on it. What egr tubes do I need, or I think that ive heard about taking the 2000 egr and bending it to make it fit? If so does anyone have any writeups or usefull and helpfull information on this? Any help is APPRECIATED!!!

Yes you can bend the EGR tube to fit, did it myself a couple years ago and it wasnt too bad - even was able to bend it back when I put the stock manifolds back on The tube is corrugated metal under the black covering and it bends fairly easy, just take your time. It takes a pretty sharp bend and its a little too long but it will go.

The AIR tubes can be bent (if you want to use them) but I found some 98 air tubes and that made it a lot easier..

you can either bend your 2000 tube or buy a 98/99 tube.

Remember you have to bend both air pipes also. I wound up buying a new EGR pipe, but bending both air pipes myself.
