Empty Cats I got an idea from another member of putting empty cats to pass inspection and still have an "off road" exhaust. Does anybody have any 3" inch cats that aren't any good anymore? And if so, how much are you willing to sell them for? Thanks for the info.
are you passing a visual and/or a sniffer ? if all they do is sniff weld in some big mufflers and call them your cats if they say anything . might not work as they more than likely know or can find out what to look for . a good tune also works for the sniffer .
