i know this probally is not the right forum but i dont know where else to post it. I have a 2005 chevy truck with a 5.3, i plan on picking up an intake , catback and i here a TB is a good mod but which one stock ls1,ls6 ported??? do the lsx TB's even work with my truck oh and anybody who can tell me places i can go to info on this motor? thanks

 

you'll have to get a vette/GTO TB if it will even work, your truck is fly by wire where as LS1 TB's are cable. step over to performance trucks portion of this site (tabs on upper part of page) and sniff around over there.

 

However if you need an existing stock throttle body ported I would contact "Damian" on this site.
