Default removing my stock air box?

hey guys,
im trying to take off my stock air box so I can put in my Fernco (bootleg) smooth bellows. On the rear portion of the box there are plastic pins holding the box down. How do I remove these without breaking them?

If it is what I am thinkning of, you can remove them by sticking a regular screw driver in them and then twisting. Try going to installuniversity.com and look there.

i stuck a screw driver under and poped it up, depends on how dry rotted they are as to if they are gonna break, but if they do go to napa they are only like 3 bucks to replace
