Plug wires I'm in a jam here....knowone in my town carries plug wires for my 2000 ls1....is there anyother plug wire set that can be used on this car...ie truck wires?...if so what model vehicle...and year please.

I'm in newfoundland, canada...and there basically no one in my town that has any wires in stock...i was just wonder if any truck (ie 5.3l) wire will fit...the reason I'm in such a rush is because I want to enter in the local street car shootout tomorrow.
Yes it will fit it will be long thats all, if we're talking about MSD wires. Its the same wire just longer but some have a 90* plug boot depending on what brand
You'll need to keep them off the manifold . In MSD the car are 8" and the truck are 12"
