Which Elbow? Small Cube small shot
Which Elbow? Small Cube small shot running the vic jr intake and would like to know which eblow would be better for my combination. the motor is a 346 with plans for a forged 370 and no more than a 250 shot of nitrous. i am looking at the intakeelbows.com and new edlebrock elbows. i can see plus and minus on both elbows but there is not much on hear about the edlebrock. which would you prefer and why. also this is an auto mostly track car. new setup will have a wild cam with some good heads to match.
I've got the edelbrock elbow on my setup... MS4, PRC 5.3L heads, forged internals, and I will soon hit it with a 250 shot. Actually, according to Jegs and Summit, I was the first person to ever have the damn thing. I like the elbow, but had to do a lot of work to get my fast 90 tb to fit correctly. Two of the holes did not match up and I had to drill and tap more holes and "port match" the tb and elbow to get them to line up perfectly... It's also much cheaper, and seems like it would flow just as well as the intakeelbows.com elbow.
