Headers Back, will I run lean?

Headers Back, will I run lean? I have a LQ9, 317 heads, 232/234 cam, with stock exhaust (3rd gen y pipe and single muffler).
I just bought edelbrock 65732 (shorty headers) and intend to put those on along with true dual 2.5" sidepipes. Will this throw off my tune horribly? My tuner is two and a half hours away so it needs to be able to cope for atleast that long.
It is dyno tuned but only put down 289RWHP with the stock exhaust. Any opinion is greatly appreciated guys!

It's a dyno tune, and stays 13.0 on the dyno and runs a tad rich WOT. I just don't want to burn the motor up running lean, i realize the new exhaust will really OPEN it up.
