Default Removing A/C housing from fire wall..need help.

Do I have to remove the WHOLE dash to get this thig out? If so, where do I start to unbolt this sucker! I thought I could remove it in sections but it`s not looking good. Thanks.

Yes unfortunately you have to remove the entire dash to get it out. As for how to do it I dont know but do a search you might find something.
