Fast Intake bolts backing out

Fast Intake bolts backing out i installed my fast intake some time ago and the bolts and hardware that it came with in some areas are now missing 
. The one bolt that goes into the back of the intake that screws into the 90MM TB is missing & theres another one that has that allen head and its black and its gone aswell. So does anyone know where i can get those bolts i need.

my buddy had the same problems with bolts backing out...he stared having idling issues and spent tons of time and money tracking the problem and was just the rear nut falling off

thats what im going through. any idea on where he got the replacement bolts n nuts from.
