and that's with the driver side hanging lower due to a rushed weld-up job
bullets can be tucked up in the trans tunnel better...for more clearance
a good tig welder/fabicator can do duals just like a stock exhaust is routed. George kook is perfect example of this. what he did to the 455 black trans am was amazing. under the axle just dont cut it IMHO
Here is a thread I did about my true dual exhaust. We were working with a very lowered car and still did pretty good on clearance. I have heard the bottom of the car scrape, but it has not been the exhaust, it has been the stock cross member center of the car.
I really like the tucked in, can't see the system look myself.
All you need to do is find a guy that knows what he is doing, and cares enough to do a good quality job, but you will pay more for quality like everything else in life....
