Weld the cutout?

Default Weld the cutout?

Do you have to weld in the cutout? If so, what am I going to have to do to buy a new cat back.

i had my cutoff weld up down there with the Y pipe

yeah, they do need to be welded. I put mine in the I-pipe underneath the rear seat area
