i know there no room in there, but maybe a small pair of vice grips? then put a small wrench on the end to get some leverage.also, if u have a small dremel toool, you can shave down 2 sides, and slip a small wrench on it. but there is a risk of that rounding as well... two different ideas i have used on other rounded bolts...

I would try vise grips, you should be able to get a small pair on the last bolt.

Driver's side shouldn't be bad to get to. Try a small set of vice grips or some channel locks. Good luck.

I think you mean that the hex on the bolt head rounded. If that is the case, look for a cam drive socket. I know snap on used to sell them, and they will definately get anything off.

If you broke the head off, then you should be able to get the exhaust out of the way and get on the shank of the bolt with vise grips. Sounds like a lot of work, but necessary.

Changing the manifolds on my buddies ls1 a bolt rounded out and we used a dremel with the long attachment for it with a grinding stone to take the head down and we pulled the manifold over the bolt. Then used vice grips to get it out. But it wasnt the rear bolt... Good luck to you

Soak the hell out of it with some WD40 or something equivalent then as stated by all the others before me, put some vice grips on it.
