2000 cfm throttle body questions

2000 cfm throttle body questions This question is for experts and those who know their racing please.
Would a dominator style 2000 cfm throttle body on top of the new super victor work as well or better than the super victor and a sheetmetal elbow and a 92mm throttle body ? This will be in a street and strip car but I consider a street car to have this setup.
2002 SS 3400 race weight
408 with 12.5 comp

1-7/8 headers
powerglide trans with 4500 stall
3.50 gears with 325 drag radials
I know that I will need a SD tune to run the DOM style throttle body and that I will weld the adapter to the intake to run the DOM throttle body.
Would I lose alot of low to mid range with such a large throttle body ?
Is there any drawback to this setup ?
Would this setup work as well or better or worse that a beck intake with a 105 mm TB.
