I joined the club

I just changed my knock sensor are was being as carfull as possible when I pulled the intake. I got it most of the way out and didnt hear anything break

, got it all the way out and guess what I see, the oil press. sending unit dangling from the wireing harness, ****

Seriously I dont know how it broke but I had already ran to o'rielly's to get one just to be safe so I got lucky there, damn thing was $55 after tax

Welcome to the club! I know it sucks, just be glad you caught it and didnt reassemble everythind and findout then......like I did.
