Default headers rubbing?

I recently had jet hot lts installed on my car... every now and then.. usually seesm to be when i go in reverse or at low rpms i hear a little vibration like somethings rubbing... Well i was doing my oil change the other day and noticed that the driver side header is rubbing on the frame there a bit. Any ideas or suggestions? A buddy seems to think i should put a stiffer or solid motor mount to stop the motor from moving as much? what do you guys think? any one ahd this problem?

Poly motor mounts. If that doesn't help use a grinder

Make sure you tighten your headers again. After intial install the heating and cooling effect of the engine tends to loosen the bolts. Make sure you start from the center bolts outward.

check your y pipe... i've heard of those hitting the floorpan before... no one should have to get solid mounts because of this issue. Just use a process of elimination and check everything. Maybe someone else will chime in soon.

Ok, poly mounts are impossible to put in with the headers on, dont try, Ive heard of one person doing it but trust me, dont try. You could try to put some radiator hose where it rubs, so it will take the vibrations away, but if its on your frame, DONT GRIND! Consider yourself lucky, my headers vibrate in 1st, 2nd, reverse, and 5th and 6th if I shift into them at low rpms...I added a cutout and since then the vibrations went down a little, but thats probably because I cant hear anything over my exhaust with the windows down
