need some help/timing chain

okay over the next few weeks im doing a head and cam install,spray

anyways
how critical is it to change out the timing chain set-up and if so whats an affordable nice one?

People always recommend the ls2 chain. I unfortunately couldn't drop my pan for retarded reasons and had to keep the stock chain in. If you must leave it in, make sure the chain feels atleast somewhat 'ok' and not extremely loose like an 85 yr old grandmas vagina.

I just put an LS2 chain on my car with a cam swap. What is the difference between the stock LS1 chain and the LS2? I didn't really look to see what the difference was.
