Question Catback setup question.......

I was wondering if anyone has done a set up like this:
Intermediate dynomax pipe
dynomax over axle pipe
Chambered Muffler(powerstick,SS,ST,Classics)
and then a turn down or a tip....i would do a turn down.

If you have a sound clip of this post up please, I've searched and haven't seen any pictures or soundclips of this similar setup. THANKS

i ran a similar setup on my cammed engine for a while.

LTs, orp, 18" bullet off the Y, dyno max pipe over the axle, 24" bullet with a turndown.

rasp was very minimal, interior noise was not bad. idle and WOT sounded mean.

was a simple and sleek setup.

opted out for 3" TDs though....and it sounds better.

i have pics of how i did the turndown on page 3 of my cardomain site in the signature.

interested in this as well right now i have the stock catback but am not happy with it, i was thinking longest sweet thunder i could fit before the axle then over the axle and turned down somewhere or split to tips...anyone have anything similar? do you think this would be stupid loud and raspy?

i mean it would seem to be a cost effective option for a decent exhaust setup....hmm

for what it is...it sounds pretty good.

it sounds similar to the LM exhaust, but a bit more toned down due to a better muffler.

mine looked pretty stealthy when all painted satin black and tucked up under the rear end.

id like to hear some more opinions about an exhaust setup like this, experience or not. ghetto? cool? what would be a good muffler for something like this, with some tone to it, deep and not loud but not real quiet either...

thats what i was seeing on the giant muffler shootout comparison. But i wanted to know how it compared to the sound of the Aerochamber(which i hear is great). Note that i want to retain a zero drone cruising rpm
