Eliminating the EGR

Okay, I am going to be installing the LS6 intake on my new motor and will also be installing long tubes as well. I can get the LT's without the EGR and I know that the intake doesn't have a EGR connection. Is there anything else that I need to do to eliminate the EGR from my LS1 TB?

if you get the ls6 and lt's w/o egr provisions, then you get rid of the egr, and air system. the only other thing you could do is get rid or the air pump

just remove the valve from the head and look at all the room you have now
